In this proceeding, we successfully advise our client on defenses both in form and in substance.

Morgan & Morgan Attorneys carry out Pro Bono work in Arraijan
As part of our CSR strategy, on Saturday April 27th, a team of lawyers and volunteers from Morgan & Morgan and Fundalcom participated in the 5th Legal Orientation Fair of 2013. This event took place at the headquarters of Fundader in the city of Arraijan, province of Panama. Over 18 families received free legal assistance and get training on the issues of domestic violence.
The group of volunteers who offered their services for this event consisted of associates Mario Tejeira and Emma Cornejo; Edgardo Osorio and Belkis Rodriguez, from Fundalcom; paralegals Alfonso Pineda, Andres Vasquez and Elizabel Planas; and volunteers Yariela Gonzalez and Roberto Casis. We thank everyone for their cooperation.
By participating in this fair, Morgan & Morgan reaffirms its commitment to the Pro Bono Declaration of the Americas, being the first and only Panamanian law firm signatory of this initiative.
Como parte de nuestra estrategia de RSE, el pasado sábado 27 de abril, un equipo de abogados y voluntarios de Morgan & Morgan y Fundalcom participaron en la quinta Jornada de Orientación Legal 2013. La misma se llevó a cabo en la Fundación para el Desarrollo Integral de la Mujer y la Familia (Fundader), ubicada en Arraiján, provincia de Panamá. Más de 18 padres de familias recibieron asistencia legal gratuita y tuvieron la oportunidad de escuchar una charla sobre el tema de violencia doméstica.
El grupo de voluntarios que prestaron sus servicios para este evento estuvo conformado por los asociados Mario Tejeira y Emma Cornejo; Edgardo Osorio y Belkis Rodríguez, de Fundalcom; abogados asistentes Alfonso Pineda, Andrés Vásquez y Elizabel Planas; y los voluntarios Yariela González y Roberto Casis.
