Rolando Milord Bonilla is an Associate at Morgan & Morgan and works in the criminal law practice since 2013.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Milord worked in the judicial system where he held the following offices: Circuit Attorney of the Province of Veraguas, Special Prosecutor in the Second Anti-Corruption Prosecutorial office, and Attorney in the Department of International Affairs at the Attorney General’s Office. Mr. Milord also held various positions in the First Anticorruption Prosecutorial Office.
Mr. Milord is also involved in pro bono activities at the firm regularly, assisting to Legal Open Houses organized by the firm in very low-income communities to provide free legal orientation.
Mr. Milord received his B.A. in Law and Political Science at the Universidad de Panama and later studied Strategic Management in Corruption Crimes and received an LL.M. with specialization in Procedural Law at the same University. He also has a specialty in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law from the Special Education Program (Adversarial System) at APEC University in the Dominican Republic where he was acknowledged for having achieved the second highest academic score.
Mr. Milord is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
